A Turkish mechanical engineer is selling 15 different types of bicycles abroad.

Recep Bilal Sengun, who owns BNB Bicycles, said they are exporting to the U.K., Netherlands, France, Germany, Georgia and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

The bicycles include pedal and electrical bicycles.

"Our latest product is the electrical bicycle taxi. It works by human power, but when it is not sufficient, the electric engine activates and you can go further distances and climb ramps," Sengun said.

"This bicycle is able to carry 300 kilogram (661.3 pounds) weight including two passengers and a biker. It can climb a 10 percent ramp," he said.

"All wheels have their own suspension and traction systems. You can travel in a comfortable way even on a rugged terrain," Sengun added.

The biker for this vehicle does not need a driving license and it is nontaxable.

He said this bicycle taxi is an environment friendly vehicle and reduces traffic density.

"Our electrical bicycle can cover a 40 kilometer distance (24.8 miles) however we saw that its range can go up to 200 kilometers (124.2 miles) with pedal cycling," Sengun added.
