The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 215,81 Turkish liras at 11.00 local time, the lowest will be 135 liras at 05.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume in Tuesday's electricity market decreased by 5.06 percent to 65.49 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday is calculated as 183.36 liras and 187.05 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Monday was 214.76 liras at 18.00 local time, the lowest was 135 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 3.88 Turkish liras, according to Turkey's Central Bank data.
