At least four people died after a small aircraft and a helicopter collided in southern Germany on Tuesday.
Police said a medical rescue helicopter and a light-sport aircraft collided in mid-air over Philippsburg, a small city near Karlsruhe.
German news agency DPA reported that two pilots and two people on board died in the accident that occurred at around 1 p.m. local time (1200GMT).
The cause of the collision was not immediately clear.
