LONDON
The trial of the suspect in last month's stabbing attack at a Tube station in southeast London has been adjourned until Feb. 24.
Adrian Brown allegedly shouted "I want to kill Muslims" before stabbing a man at Forest Hill railway station on Dec. 12.
Brown, 38, appeared at the Old Bailey Court on Wednesday on a charge of attempted murder, where Judge Stephen Kramer QC adjourned the plea hearing until Feb. 24. He also set a trial date for June 5.
According to the witnesses, Brown scanned through the seats at the Tube station as he shouted "I'm going to kill me a Muslim, I'm going to kill me a Muslim."
He then attacked Muhammed Askar Ali leaving him with injuries to his head and lung. Brown was arrested right after the incident.
