ANKARA

Turkey's ruling Justice and Development (AK Party's new Central Executive Board, or MYK, was determined on Monday, a week after President Recep Tayyip Erdogan returned as party chairman following the constitutional referendum.

The party's Central Decision and Executive Board (MKYK) gathered Monday in capital Ankara and determined the MYK members who will assist President Erdogan as party's deputy chairmen.

Changes include Ravza Kavakci Kan and Cevdet Yilmaz, who replaced Yasin Aktay and Saban Disli respectively.

Mahir Unal was appointed to the previous position of Yilmaz as another deputy chairman.

A fourth deputy chairman, Hamza Dag, was brought in as replacement for Nukhet Hotar.

Other MYK members include Hayati Yazici, Mustafa Atas, Ahmet Sorgun, Mehmet Mehdi Eker, Oznur Calik, Erol Kaya, Fatih Sahin, Vedat Demiroz, Cigdem Karaaslan, and the party's general secretary Abdulhamit Gul.
