Turkish Super Lig’s week 21 matches begin

ISTANBUL

Turkish Super Lig’s week 21 matches will begin with Evkur Yeni Malatyaspor facing Kasimpasa on Friday night.

The two teams will open the week on Friday evening at Yeni Malatya Stadium in Malatya at 8 p.m. local time (1700GMT).

Last year's champion Besiktas will host Kardemir Karabukspor in Istanbul on Saturday evening. The match at Vodafone Park Arena will kick off at 7.00 p.m. local time (1600GMT). Besiktas are currently in fourth place with 37 points.

Super Lig’s leader Medipol Basaksehir, with 43 points, will host third-place holder Fenerbahce at Basaksehir Fatih Terim Stadium on Sunday. The match in Istanbul will kick off at 7.00 p.m. local time (1600GMT).

The other title contenders Galatasaray will host Kayserispor at Turk Telekom Arena on Monday evening. Galatasaray are second with 41 points. The match in Istanbul will begin at 8.00 p.m. local time (1700GMT).
