Police found literature linked to the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETO) inside the house of a telecommunications personnel in the Azerbaijani capital Baku Friday.

In total, four suspects were arrested in the city for stealing personal information of mobile phone subscribers.

According to a joint statement of the Chief Prosecutor's Office and the state’s security service, police seized books, speeches and CDs published by FETO from the house of Fuad Ahmetli, who was working as an operator in Azerfon, a mobile telecommunications company.

Police also apprehended Sahin Israyilov, a chief engineer at Bakcell company, Etibar Musayev, a customer services personnel at Azercell Telecom and Vugar Kasimov, who allegedly collected identity card copies of subscribers provided by Israyilov, Ahmetli and Musayev.

Turkey's government has repeatedly said the July 15 coup attempt, which left 240 people martyred and nearly 2,200 injured, was organized by followers of Fetullah Gulen, who has lived in self-imposed exile in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania since 1999, and his FETO network.

Gulen is accused of leading a long-running campaign to overthrow the state through the infiltration of Turkish institutions, particularly the military, police, and judiciary, forming what is commonly known as the parallel state.
