Syrians in Turkey have first fast-breaking meal of Ramadan

Syrians who had to leave their country due to fierce clashes and took shelter in Turkey had their first fast-breaking meal of Ramadan in Islahiye town of the south-eastern province of Gaziantep and Ceylanpinar town of the south-eastern province of Sanliurfa on Friday.
Many Syrians were seen reading the holy Quran prior to the beginning of the fast-breaking meal.
Turkish Red Crescent Aid Society distributed fast-breaking meals to the Syrians in Islahiye while three private catering companies distributed food to Syrians in Ceylanpinar.
There are 7,201 Syrians living in Islahiye and 14,400 in Ceylanpinar.
The Syrians thanked the Turkish people and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan for hosting them and providing lodging.

Deputy Chairman of AK Party has fast-breaking meal with Syrians

On the other hand, The Deputy Chairman of the ruling Justice and Development (AK) Party, Bulent Gedikli had a fast-breaking meal with Syrians staying in the Yayladagi town of the southern province of Hatay.
Gedikli's fast-breaking meal with the Syrians was closed to the press corps.
Speaking to the media after the meal, Gedikli said that their wish was to see an end to violence in Syria.

152 more Syrians enter Turkey 

Moreover, 152 more Syrians entered Turkey after fleeing clashes in their country.
The Syrians entered Turkey via the Yayladagi town of the southern province of Hatay.
They were sent to Islahiye town and Sanliurfa province after official procedures.
