The "Friends of Syria" group will convene in the French capital of Paris on Thursday.
Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will represent Turkey at the group's meeting in Paris.
Aside from Turkey, the other countries to be represented at the Paris meeting will be France, USA, Germany, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Jordan, Egypt, Britain, Italy, UAE, Kuwait and Tunisia.
In a statement released on Wednesday, the French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe said that it was an obligation for the international community to continue solidarity against the Syrian regime, one that caused problems for UN observers and continue putting pressure on its own people.
We will go over the latest situation in Syria on Thursday. We want to send a strong message to Syria to implement the Annan Plan, Juppe stressed.
The first meeting of "Friends of Syria" took place in Tunis on February 24 and the second in Istanbul on April 1.
