Spartak Moscow's Nigerian striker Emanuel Emenike has arrived in Istanbul on Tuesday.
Having arrived at the Ataturk International Airport in a Turkish Airlines (THY) jet on early Tuesday, Emenike was greeted at the airport by his lawyer Rezan Epozdemir.
Emenike will go to the Istanbul Court House on Tuesday with Epozdemir to testify under a "match-fixing case" and later join his team which will arrive in Istanbul in the afternoon.
Emenike had testified to prosecutor Mehmet Berk under the "match-fixing case" and was released.
The Turkish court had placed Emenike's file on hold as he was in Russia and could not defend himself.
Spartak Moscow will arrive in Istanbul to play UEFA Champions League play-off round second leg game against Turkey's Fenerbahce on Wednesday. Spartak Moscow defeated Fenerbahce 2-1 in the first leg.
