The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 1,205.47 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time (1400 GMT), while the lowest will be 743.07 liras at 05.00 local time (0200 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 5.61% to 533.53 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 898.02 liras and 902.73 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Thursday was set as 1,208.26 liras at 17.00 local time (1400 GMT), with the lowest at 800 liras at 05.00 local time (0200 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.76 Turkish liras at 1103 GMT on Thursday.
