The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 2,980.01 Turkish liras at 8 a.m. local time (0500 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
The lowest rate is set at 1,425 liras at 1 p.m. local time (1000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Friday's electricity market shows a decrease of 1.9% to around 1.75 billion liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,390.80 liras and 2,410.41 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set at 2,989 Turkish liras at 5 p.m. local time (1400 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,889.98 liras at 4 a.m. local time (0100 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 36.32 liras at 2.10 p.m. local time (1110 GMT) on Thursday.
