The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 306.42 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest will be 199.28 liras at 05.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Thursday showed a decrease of 4.8% to 148.73 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 281.82 liras and 283.91 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 317.13 liras at 14.00 local time and the lowest at 197.49 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.87 Turkish liras at 1123 GMT on Thursday.
