The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 324.28 Turkish liras at 01.00 local time and the lowest will be 92.64 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed a decrease of 19.2% to 107.08 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 237.14 liras and 237.84 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 324.39 liras at 01.00 local time and the lowest at 228.30 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.79 Turkish liras at 1126 GMT on Thursday.
