Spot market electricity prices for Friday, Oct. 11

- Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data shows electricity market trade volume amounts to 111.89 million Turkish liras

The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 313.36 Turkish liras at 09.00 local time, and the lowest will be 279.63 liras at 13.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.

Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday shows a decrease of 3.53% to 111.89 million liras compared to Wednesday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market on Friday is calculated as 300.93 liras and 301.81 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday is set as 324.82 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 278.21 liras at 04.00 and 05.00 local time.

US$1 equals 5.90 Turkish liras at 1143 GMT on Thursday.
