The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 2,700 Turkish liras between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. and between 8 a.m. and 9.00 a.m., 3 p.m. and between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (2100-2000 and 0500-0600, 1200, 1600-1800 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 913,63 liras at 6 a.m. local time (0300 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday’s electricity market shows an increase of 54,52% to around 1.33 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,156.53 liras and 2,194.21 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 2,700 Turkish liras between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. and between 12 a.m. and 1.00 a.m. local time (1600-1900 and 2100-2200 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 110,86 liras at 11 a.m. local time (0800 GMT).
US$1 equals 32.51 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Sunday.
