The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 340.02 Turkish liras at 09.00 local time, and the lowest will be 228.58 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Sunday showed an increase of 20.78% to 159.81 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 315.38 liras and 319.44 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Saturday was set as 336.17 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 181.98 liras at 09.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.88 Turkish liras on Friday.
