The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,000 Turkish liras between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., and between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (0500 -0600 and 1300 -1800 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate is set at 1,923.10 liras at 5 a.m. local time (0200 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows a increase of 28.6% to 1.80 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,717.22 liras and 2,730.58 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 3,000 Turkish liras between 5 p.m., 9 a.m. local time (1400 and 1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,225.62 liras between 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 35.63 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Sunday.
