The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 500.00 Turkish liras at 19.00 and the lowest will be 281.41 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 26.1% to 224.1 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 374.22 liras and 375.57 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Sunday was set as 470.01 Turkish liras at 21.00 and the lowest will be 114.58 liras at 09.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.29 Turkish liras at 1117 GMT on Sunday.
