The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,000 Turkish liras at 8 a.m., 9 a.m. and between 3 p.m and 9 p.m. local time (0500,0600 and 1200-1800 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 1649,99 liras at 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. local time (0300, 0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows an increase of 41.5% to around 1.59 billion liras compared to Sunday..
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,594.97 liras and 2,635.90 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 2,930 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. local time (1600 GMT), while the lowest rate was set at 1343 liras at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. local time (0800, 0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 34.34 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Sunday.
