The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 2,700 Turkish liras between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. local time (1200 - 1500 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,228.70 liras at 3 a.m. local time (0000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows an increase of 49% to 1.17 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,039.68 liras and 2,104.55 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 2,676.99 Turkish liras at 6 p.m. local time (1500 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 500 liras at 3 p.m. local time (1200 GMT).
US$1 equals 28.56 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Sunday.
