The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 4,800 Turkish liras at 08.00 a.m and 16.00, 17.00, 18.00 and 19.00 p.m. local time (0500,and 13.00,14.00,15.00 and 16.00 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate is set as 1250 liras at 04 a.m. local time (0100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 87.2% to 1.804 billion liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,802.51 liras and 3,921,48 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set as 4,800 Turkish liras at 4, 5 and 7 p.m. local time (1300,1400 and 1600 GMT) while the lowest rate is set as 250 liras at 12 p.m local time (0900 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.58 liras at 3 p.m. local time (1200 GMT) on Sunday.
