The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 3,000 Turkish liras at 12 a.m and between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. (2100 GMT, between 1600 and 1800 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,590.00 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday's electricity market shows a decrease of 11.1% to around 1.67 billion liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,562.18 liras and 2,566.69 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set at 3,000 Turkish liras at 12 a.m, 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. (2100 GMT on Thursday, and 1700 and 1800 GMT), while the lowest rate was 2,000.01 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT).
US$1 equals 33.01 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Friday.
