The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 2,698 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
The lowest rate was set at 124.99 liras at 1 p.m. local time (1000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday's electricity market shows a decrease of 50.3% to around 910.52 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,557.44 liras and 1,538.53 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set at 2,700 liras at 12 a.m., 1 a.m., 9 a.m., and between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. local time (2100, 2200, 0600 and 1700 - 1900 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined at 1,774.99 liras at 1 p.m. local time (0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 32.6 liras at 2.25 p.m. local time (1125 GMT) on Friday.
