The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 3,000 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released on Friday.
The lowest rate is set at 10 liras between 11 a.m and 2 p.m. local time (0800-1100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday's electricity market shows a decrease of 39% to around 850 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,585.45 liras and 1,555.58 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Friday was set as 2,850 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), and the lowest was set as 1,025 liras at 1 p.m. local time (1000 GMT).
US$1 equals 38.01 liras at 3 p.m. local time (1200 GMT) on Friday.
