The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,000 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1700, 1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Saturday.
The lowest rate is set at 170 liras at 11 a.m. local time (0800 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Sunday's electricity market shows a decrease of 3% to around 821 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,728.16 liras and 1,742.80 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Saturday was set as 3,000 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), and the lowest was set as 10 liras between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. local time (0800-1100 GMT).
US$1 equals 37.97 liras at 2.17 p.m. local time (1117 GMT) on Saturday.
