The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 313.47 Turkish liras at 14.00 local time and the lowest will be 224.34 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Wednesday showed an increase of 0.16% to 176.06 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 299.02 liras and 300.74 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 317.13 Turkish liras at 14.00 local time and the lowest will be 224.34 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.33 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Wednesday.
