The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 2,950 Turkish liras at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time (0600 and 1400 GMT), according to official figures on Wednesday.
The lowest rate is set at 1,874.99 liras at 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. local time (0000 and 0100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Thursday's electricity market shows an increase of 1.9% to 1.8 billion liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,495.19 liras and 2,525.58 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Wednesday was set at 2,949.99 Turkish liras at 9 a.m. local time (0600 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,999.98 liras at 2 a.m. local time (2300 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 35.92 liras at 2.26 p.m. local time (1126 GMT) on Wednesday.
