The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 3,000 Turkish liras at 2 p.m to 10 p.m. (1100-1900 GMT), according to official figures on Wednesday.
The lowest rate was set at 2,198.38 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Wednesday's electricity market shows an increase of 0.12% to around 1.92 billion liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,821.84 liras and 2,834.44 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Wednesday was set at 3,000 Turkish liras at 5 p.m and between 2 p.m to 9 p.m. (1100-1800 GMT), while the lowest rate was 1,900 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT).
US$1 equals 32.94 liras at 2.12 p.m. local time (1112 GMT) on Wednesday.
