The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 2,762.25 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), according to official figures on Wednesday.
The lowest rate is set at 150 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Thursday's electricity market shows an increase of 12.4% to around 1.13 billion liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,810.18 liras and 1,796.84 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Wednesday was set at 2,799.99 Turkish liras at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. local time (1500 and 1700 GMT), while the lowest rate was set at 500.01 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 36.61 liras at 2.23 p.m. local time (1123 GMT) on Wednesday.
