The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 315.94 Turkish liras at 16.00 local time and the lowest will be 200.00 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a increase of 1.24% to 170.47 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 290.43 liras and 293.61 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 311.39 liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest at 200.01 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.49 Turkish liras at 1122 GMT on Wednesday.
