The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 2,989.16 Turkish liras at 5 p.m. local time (1400 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate is set at 1,981 liras at 4 a.m. local time (0100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows an increase of 12.6% to 1.97 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,641.63 liras and 2,688.52 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set at 3,000 Turkish liras at 8 a.m and 5 p.m. local time (0500 and 1400 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,874.99 liras at 3 a.m and 4 a.m. local time (0000 and 0100 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 36.23 liras at 2.16 p.m. local time (1116 GMT) on Monday.
