The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 2,990 Turkish liras at 5 p.m. local time (1400 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate is set at 1,799.98 liras at 6 a.m. and 12 p.m. local time (0300, 0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows a decrease of 1% to 1.71 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,435.48 liras and 2,455.84 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set at 3,000 Turkish liras at 8 a.m. and between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. local time (0500, 1400-1600 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,874.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 36 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Monday.
