The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 2,685.01 Turkish liras between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. local time (0500 - 0600 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,278.48 liras at 11 p.m. local times (2000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows a decrease of 6.8% to around 1.51 billion Turkish liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,188.03 liras and 2,205.24 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set at 2,680.01 liras at 9 a.m. local time (0600 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 2,073.08 liras at 11 p.m. local times (2000 GMT).
US$1 equals 30.55 liras at 2.40 p.m. local time (1140 GMT) on Monday.
