The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 338.01 Turkish liras at 17.00 and 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 200 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Monday showed an increase of 13.4% to 145 million liras, compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 315.90 liras and 319.79 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Sunday was set as 331.44 liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest was 198.99 liras at 03.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.75 Turkish liras at 11.30 GMT on Monday.
