The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 1,131 Turkish liras at 08.00 (0500 GMT) and between 15.00 and 19.00 local time (1200-1600 GMT), while the lowest will be 399.99 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed a decrease of 8.28% to 449.87 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 851.63 liras and 853.60 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Monday was set as 1,131 liras between 08.00 and 11.00 (0500-0800 GMT), and between 14.00 and 22.00 local time (1100-1900 GMT).
US$1 equals 9.73 Turkish liras at 1130 GMT on Monday.
