The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 400 Turkish liras at 15.00 and 16.00 local times and the lowest will be 290 liras at 03.00, 04.00 and 05.00 local times, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an increase of 9.77% to 201.2 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 322.02 liras and 325.21 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set as 329.99 liras at 16.00 local time and the lowest at 224.35 liras at 06.00 local time
US$1 equals 7.35 Turkish liras at 1117 GMT on Monday.
