The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 525 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest will be 247.58 liras at 03.00, 04.00 and 06.00 local times, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed a decrease of 5.47% to 184.63 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 327.80 liras and 332.398 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set as 599.99 liras at 19.00 local time and the lowest at 244.99 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.79 Turkish liras at 1118 GMT on Monday.
