The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 4,499.99 Turkish liras at 11.00 a.m., 05.00 and 18.00 p.m. (0800 GMT, 1400 GMT and 1500 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate is determined as 2,499.97 liras at 05.00 a.m and 06.00 a.m. local time (0200 and 0300 GMT), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an increase of 13.22% to 1.87 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,796.25 liras and 3,851.08 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set as 4,511.99 liras at midnight (2100 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 1,000.01 liras at 06.00 a.m. local time (0300 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.22 liras at 02.35 p.m. local time (1135 GMT) on Monday.
