The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 327.32 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest will be 229.99 liras at 00.00, 02.00, 03.00, 04.00 and 07.00 local times, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 0.54% to 160.52 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 288.19 liras and 290.127 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 326.68 liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest at 229.98 liras at 00.00, 03.00 and 04.00 local times.
US$1 equals 7.82 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Tuesday.
