The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 2,285 Turkish liras at 09.00 local time (0600 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
The lowest rate is determined as 999.99 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT), the figures show.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 6.6% to 1.05 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,935.89 liras and 1,944.54 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Tuesday was set as 2,414.64 liras at 20.00 local time (1700 GMT), with the lowest rate determined as 1,500.01 liras at 06.00 local time (0300 GMT), the figures showed.
US$1 equals 15.82 liras at 1125 GMT on Tuesday.
