The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 2,600 Turkish liras between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. (1600-1800GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,525 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 9.23% to 1.03 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,037.47 liras and 2,044.51 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Tuesday was set as 2,600 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. (1700 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 1,590 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 19.85 liras at 2.32 p.m. local time (1132 GMT) on Tuesday.
