The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 4,599.99 Turkish liras at 08.00 a.m (0500 GMT), according to official figures on MTuesdaynday.
The lowest rate is set as 2,799.98 liras at 12.00 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 6.39% to 1.83 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,849.36 liras and 3,867.64 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set as 4,800 Turkish liras at 05.00, 06.00 and 07.00 p.m (1400, 1500 and 1600 GMT), while the lowest rate is designated as 2,499.98 liras at 07.00 a.m. local time (0400 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.58 liras at 2.05 p.m. local time (1105 GMT) on Tuesday.
