The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 128.8% to 43.17 million Turkish liras on Saturday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Sunday.
Total trade on Friday amounted to 18.86 million liras.
On Saturday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 12,751.13 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 3.38 million cubic meters.
Türkiye received 100.46 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Saturday.
US$1 equals 16.76 liras at 1105 GMT on Sunday.
