The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,000 Turkish liras at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 4:00 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. local time (0500, 0600, 1300, 1400,1500 and 1700 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,799.25 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows an increase of 59,3% to around 1.62 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,568.86 liras and 2,601.88 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 2,568.86 Turkish liras at 6 p.m. local time (1500 GMT), while the lowest rate at 1,000 liras at 11 a.m. local time (0800 GMT).
US$1 equals 34.55 liras at 2.32 p.m. local time (1132 GMT) on Sunday.
