The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 2,500 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. (1700 GMT), according to official figures on Wednesday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,299.99 liras at 6 a.m. (0300 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 0.8% to around 964.2 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,821.47 liras and 1,842.60 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Wednesday was set at 2,450 liras at 9 a.m. (0600 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 1,249 liras at 7 a.m. (0300 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 23.09 liras at 2.28 p.m. local time (1128 GMT) on Wednesday.
