The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 2,949.99 Turkish liras at 9 a.m. local time (0600 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
The lowest rate is set at 1,874.99 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Wednesday's electricity market shows a decrease of 8.2% to 1.79 billion liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,411.09 liras and 2,440.22 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Tuesday was set at 2,991.10 Turkish liras at 9 a.m. local time (0600 GMT), while the lowest was set at 2,000 liras at 3 a.m and 4 a.m. (0000, 0100 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 36.05 liras at 14.38 p.m. local time (1138 GMT) on Tuesday.
