The trade volume of Turkey's spot natural gas market saw a 114.63% increase to 4.84 million Turkish liras on Monday, Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Tuesday.
The trade volume on Sunday amounted to 2.25 million liras.
On Monday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 1,473 liras, while the total natural gas volume amounted to 3.28 million cubic meters.
Turkey received 111.67 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Sunday.
US$1 equals 5.69 Turkish liras.
