The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 26% to 13.39 million Turkish liras on Saturday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Sunday.
Total trade on Friday amounted to 10.62 million liras.
On Saturday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 12,450 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 1.07 million cubic meters.
Türkiye received 243.41 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Saturday.
US$1 equals 35.68 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100GMT) on Sunday.
