The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed an increase of 10.2% to around 10.62 million liras on Tuesday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Wednesday.
Total trade on Monday amounted to about 9.64 million liras.
On Tuesday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 11,979.06 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 893,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received around 210.27 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Tuesday.
US$1 equals 34.87 liras at 2.36 p.m. local time (1136 GMT) on Wednesday.
